After two times failed in this dish, finally.....this is my homecook version. Due to Monday off for wet market, I have no choice but to use the instant curry chicken paste....surprisingly, it was delicious!!!!
In this recipe, I have used the most simple ingredients : chicken drum stick (chopped in slices), one red onion (minced), three potato (cut in cubes), one pack of instant curry chicken paste (i used Qi Xiang brand) and one pack of coconut milk.
连续次失败的经历。。。这次终于成功了!因为星期一的巴刹没开,我只有用即时咖喱浆料,没有想到还是可以很美味的呢!
这次用的材料也很简单:一只鸡腿(加二度),一粒洋葱(切碎),三粒马玲薯(切颗),一包即时咖喱浆料 (我用的是奇香牌),最后当然是椰浆了。
1. Add some cooking oil into a deep pan to fry the potato. 加一点油,把马玲薯炸一下。
2. Take out the fried potato, then fry the minced onion. 把马玲薯拿起,留下油,再倒下碎洋葱,炒至香味出来。
3. Add in chicken. 加入鸡肉。
4. Add in curry chicken paste and cook for 3 minutes. 加入即时咖喱浆料, 快煮3分钟。
5. Add in fried potato. 加入炸好的马玲薯。
6. Add 100 ml water and cook for 25 minutes or until the potatos turn soft. 加入100 ml的水,焖25分钟或直到马玲薯变软。
7. Add 100 ml coconut milk to cook for another 5 minutes. 最后加入100 ml 椰浆, 再煮5分钟。
7. Finally......here you are.....the delicious curry chicken!!! 美味好吃的咖喱鸡上桌啦!
